CMC’s 11th Technical Symposium kicks off: here is what is on the schedule!

This years symposium is built around the theme of understanding how agriculture and meat and poultry production affects climate change today and in the coming years

     

Running from Thursday, October 6, 2022. 8:00 am to Friday, October 7, 2022. 12:00 pm. The symposium we host presenters from government, to industry speakers and exhibitors who will discuss and present current tools and initiatives that will help the meat sector get on the path to a sustainable future for animal and meat/poultry production.
