McDonald’s Releases New Video that gets to the heart of beef farming in Canada
Beef sustainability starts from the ground up. From careful stewardship of the land and animals to implementing leading ranching practices that minimize environmental impact, we’re proud of our long standing commitment to Canadian ranchers and farmers who operate in a sustainable manner today – and intend to do so tomorrow.
McDonald’s Canada has released a video campaign this month that not only tugs on the heartstrings of hard-working Canada beef farmers but also highlights the commitment farm families have to their land and livestock. The video features several kids speaking to their pride of feeding Canada responsibly and humanely, but also to beef sustainability and soil conservation philosophies that have been passed down through their generations; they are the future of Canadian beef farming.

Produced by Quebec’s Cossette multi-media, the video was released on December 1. Coming on the heels of McDonald’s re-commitment to purchasing locally grown, 100% Canadian beef, this QSR certainly is timed perfectly for environmental awareness and buy locally – heightened by the COVID-19 pandemic – that has never been greater.
