TrustBix Announces Sale of Basecase Software Solution to Combat COVID-19 Supply Chain Impact
TrustBix signed a contract with Centennial Foodservice of Calgary for the implementation of the Basecase software application in all of Centennial’s Western Canadian locations. Basecase is a proprietary software application from Provision Analytics Inc. that enables companies to review employee symptoms and exposure for COVID-19, sort staff between safety categories, and review trendlines and case lists by location, allowing management to lessen any potential risk of an outbreak
Basecase provides Centennial with the tool to track and monitor individual employee COVID-19 symptoms, potential exposure history and travel information.
To respect privacy regulations, employees have the ability to choose to provide Centennial with all their individually-declared COVID-19 data or only allow Centennial to see this data in aggregate with all the other employees of the company. This replaces paper forms, or forms that previously didn’t exist, with safe, secure digital forms which will limit transmission risk within their processing facilities.
“This investment in communication and analytical technology is part of our commitment to champion the safety of our people and the communities we serve”
“In accordance with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), Basecase is well positioned to support screening and contact tracing to mitigate the risk of spread of COVID-19”, said Deborah Wilson, TrustBIX Chief Industry Engagement Officer. “Since I joined TrustBIX in September 2019, the TrustBIX operations team has been working to create an outstanding post-sale delivery process, and we’ll be using that to deliver a great onboarding experience for Centennial as part of this deal”, said Trevor Gartner, Chief Operations Officer.
“Centennial Foodservice is committed to protecting the health of all our stakeholders. This investment in communication and analytical technology is part of our commitment to champion the safety of our people and the communities we serve. We look forward to testing this program and working with TrustBIX”, said Brad Fielding, VP Operations.
This sale by TrustBIX follows the April 27, 2020 announcement of a Channel Partner Agreement between TrustBIX and Provision Analytics and will involve upfront implementation revenue as well as recurring Software-as-a-Service “SaaS” revenue for TrustBIX.
