McGill University’s Virtual Conference: Providing solutions to global challenges
On March 31st, 2021, McGill University will celebrate the 200th anniversary of its founding. To mark this important milestone in its history, the University is hosting a series of conferences focusing on the global challenges that McGill and its community partners are taking on as we kick off the 3rd century
The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted a great need for Quebec and Canada to strengthen their food security and autonomy. Through interviews, conversations, and panel discussions with our speakers and experts in various fields, this first conference of the series will address several themes including land tenure, demographic, social, economic and environmental challenges.
“Our first conference is titled A Road Map for Greater Food Security and Autonomy,”
